Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Developer to join our team within out facilities in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The professional will be responsible for prospecting business oportunities for G4 Global Partners.

Responsabilities:

  • Identify business opportunities, develop potential contracts and approach potential clients;
  • Visit potential new clients (C-levels, directors and HR from several industries) to present G4´s services.
  • Build a solid networking within G4´s relevant market and expand activities;
  • Bring new business opportunities and develop commercial proposals;
  • Increase the level of opportunities within the current clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor´s degree;
  • Experience in sales, preferably in Consulting business;
  • Experience in recruitment business is a plus;
  • Business knowledge;
  • Fluent english - written and spoken;
  • Results and performance oriented;
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure for results;
  • Strong networking skills;
  • International experience or in a multicultural environment is a plus;
  • Hands on.
